We have customers ask us what our slogan, "Life out of the Box" means. Before you can understand our slogan, you must first understand what Thinking outside the box means.

Thinking outside the box (sometimes erroneously called "thinking out of the box" or "thinking outside the square") is to think differently, unconventionally or from a new perspective. This phrase often refers to novel, creative and smart thinking.

So what does this mean to you?

Well simply put, we are what life is like when you think outside the box. When you come to Digital One, you are always greeted with a smile and by someone that is ready to take care of any computer issues you may have. If your repair or diagnostics are only going to take a little while we will invite you to wait in our store or use an available PC and surf the internet while you wait. Say your computer needs parts we don't have in stock and it will be a couple of days, we will provide you with a free available rental that you can take home with you so you can surf the internet and check your emails while you wait for your computer.

Other things include:

• 6 month minimum service guarantee - we guarantee for 6 months your computer will not experience the same issues it did before or we will fix it at no charge to you. (excludes viruses)
• Used Computer Trade-in - we will allow you to recycle or trade in your old computer for a new computer
• Try it before you buy it - test drive our machines in our LAN Center before you pay for anything. This will allow you to put it through a big work load to see how it will out perform everyone else!
• Quick Fix - We will fix your computer as soon as you bring it in, if the time is right and you are going to wait for it we will expedite your order at no additional cost!
• Free Diagnostics with Repair - We will look at your computer and determine what the problem is with your machine, if we fix it then you pay nothing for the diagnostic!
