We understand how important your computer is to you. That is why we make sure to have your computer back to you as soon as its done. Almost all services will have your computer back to you in the same day without paying extra! So if you are serious about getting fast, reliable, experienced computer repair give us a call.
All our work is guaranteed for a minimum of 6 months so you can rest easy knowing that 180 days after we fix the problem you won't have to pay for it again.

When you come to Digital One, you are always greeted with a smile and by someone that is ready to take care of any computer issues you may have. If your repair or diagnostics are only going to take a little while we will invite you to wait in our store or use an available PC and surf the internet while you wait. Say your computer needs parts we don't have in stock and it will be a couple of days, we will provide you with a free available rental that you can take home with you so you can surf the internet and check your emails while you wait for your computer.
Other things include:
- 6 month minimum service guarantee - we guarantee for 6 months your computer will not experience the same issues it did before or we will fix it at no charge to you. (excludes viruses)
- Used Computer Trade-in - we will allow you to recycle or trade in your old computer for a new computer
- Try it before you buy it - test drive our machines in our LAN Center before you pay for anything. This will allow you to put it through a big work load to see how it will out perform everyone else!
- Quick Fix - We will fix your computer as soon as you bring it in, if the time is right and you are going to wait for it we will expedite your order at no additional cost!
- Free Diagnostics with Repair - We will look at your computer and determine what the problem is with your machine, if we fix it then you pay nothing for the diagnostic!
